Job Summary

You will process and verify applications and documents, maintain accurate records, manage correspondence, and prepare reports to support smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, forms, and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Verify information and update records precisely to maintain data integrity
• Perform data entry and organize electronic filing systems for efficient document retrieval
• Manage emails, enquiries, and administrative correspondence to facilitate communication
• Follow up on incomplete applications and pending cases to ensure timely resolution
• Prepare daily reports and complete assigned tasks within deadlines to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, or equivalent qualification
• Previous administrative or data processing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications to support daily tasks
• Good written and spoken English communication skills for clear correspondence
• Detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly to maintain privacy and compliance
