What The Role Is

You play a key role in shaping the future of Finance by harnessing AI, automation and emerging digital technologies to transform how financial work is performed. You will identify opportunities within the Finance domain to develop and operationalise digital solutions — taking ideas from problem identification, experimentation and prototyping through to adoption and scale.

What You Will Be Working On

• Understand pain points and identify opportunities where AI, automation and digital technologies can create significant value
• Translate business needs into practical end-to-end solutions
• Design, develop and implement AI-enabled and automated workflows
• Explore and evaluate emerging capabilities
• Lead the operationalisation of successful solutions
• Encourage experimentation and innovation across Finance
• Monitor solution performance, user adoption and business outcomes
• Identify opportunities for enhancement and scale proven solutions across the Finance domain

• Balancing innovation and experimentation with security, data and system constraints
• Translating ambiguous business problems into practical digital solutions that deliver measurable value
• Moving beyond pilots and prototypes to achieve sustained adoption and operational impact

What We Are Looking For

• Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred
• A Master's degree in Data Science is advantageous
• Experience in AI, automation, digital solutions or business process improvement is preferred
• Familiarity with AI/LLM and automation tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Python
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions
