Full Time AI Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in MULTIMEDIA ENGINEERING PTE LTD West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are seeking an AI Engineer / Developer with Python programming skills to develop and maintain the Company’s in-house AI applications. The role will focus on building a company knowledge system, integrating business applications through APIs and developing AI agents toimprove departmental workflows.

Applicants who are new to AI are welcome to apply. Prior experience with ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs or AI agent development is anadvantage but is not essential.

Working hour              : Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 06:30pm

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain internal AI applications that support company operations, information retrieval, document processing and reporting.
2. Use OpenAI models through APIs to build company AI assistants that help employees search information, analyses documents and prepare work outputs.
3. Develop AI agents that retrieve information, use approved tools and carry out defined tasks, with suitable approval checkpoints and activity logs.
4. Connect company applications, including CRM, project management and document storage systems, through available APIs and other supported interfaces.
5. Organize approved company documents and records into a searchable knowledge platform, with source references and departmental access permissions.
6. Work with internal departments to automate repetitive tasks, document preparation, follow-up tracking and reporting.
7. Develop tools to extract, classify and validate information from purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, contracts and project records.
8. Build backend services, databases and user interfaces. Test, deploy, troubleshoot and improve applications based on operational requirements.
9. Protect confidential information through secure credentials, user permissions, audit logs, backups and appropriate testing.
10. Maintain technical documentation and user guides, provide employee training and monitor whether applications deliver measurable benefits.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of APIs, JSON, databases and software integration.
• Familiarity with Git and backend frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI is preferred.
• Willingness to learn ChatGPT/OpenAI integration, AI agents and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Personal, academic or professional software projects demonstrating programming ability are welcome.
