Full Time Global Capability Centre (GCC) Head – Transition - Transformation Jobs, in Happiest Minds Technologies Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Description:

• GCC, GBS or shared services experience – building one out, migrating scope into one, or running delivery from within one. This is the most important requirement.
• Hands-on transition of application support or engineering work between locations, including knowledge transfer, dual running and cutover
• Ownership of a multi-country programme with financial targets, including building and defending the business case with Finance
• Credibility with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders
• An insurance or financial services background is a plus
• 12+ years of experience in technology delivery, transformation or programme leadership. • Programme management at scale across multiple countries, with financial targets attached. Ideally you have led a programme end to end, not just a workstream within one. • Commercial and financial capability. You can build, interrogate and defend a business case, and are comfortable challenging a finance model, not just using one. • Technology transition and migration experience, including moving engineering or application support between delivery locations. Enough technical grounding to engage credibly on architecture and engineering standards. • Experience in a global capability centre, global business services or shared services environment. • Credibility with senior stakeholders, including CIO or CTO level. • Strong written communication, since much of the output is read without you present.
