Responsibilities

• Handle trade and non-trade invoices, including accounts receivable and payable transactions.
• Process daily payments and ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with payment-related matters.
• Provide operational support and coverage for team members when required.
• Assist with other treasury and finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant AR/AP or finance experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to follow established procedures and instructions.
• Good multitasking, prioritisation and time management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working with systems and technology.
• A keen learner with a positive and responsible working attitude.
