Job Description

• Provide day-to-day IT infrastructure and operational support for servers, networks, systems, cloud services, and end-user devices through helpdesk, remote, and onsite support.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Perform installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Windows servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and network infrastructure.
• Manage and support Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure services.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless solutions.
• Plan, implement, and support infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, cloud adoption, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Monitor system health, performance, backup jobs, and security alerts to ensure high availability and reliability of customer environments.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives, including endpoint protection, patch management, vulnerability remediation, access control, and security best practices.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, checklists, system diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Participate in change management, incident management, and problem management processes.
• Station at customer sites or travel between multiple locations to provide onsite support when required.
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or technical support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft security solutions.
• Experience in configuring and managing network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPN solutions.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, and endpoint security solutions.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, server, network, and cloud-related issues.
• Possession of Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Fortinet, or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
