Roles & Responsibility

Quality Management

• Define and monitor quality standards (KPIs) for after-sales service, repair turnaround, warranty claims, and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular audits of service centers, technicians, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Investigate recurring product/service failures and lead root-cause analysis and corrective action plans
• Work with HQ to resolve reflected quality issues

Strategic Management

• Develop and execute the after-sales strategic roadmap aligned with overall business goals
• Analyze market trends, competitor service models, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities (extended warranties, service contracts)
• Define pricing and service-level strategies for maintenance, repair, and spare parts
• Lead digital transformation initiatives (CRM, service management systems, predictive maintenance)

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering to feed customer/quality insights back into product improvement
• Manage and mentor the after-sales team (service managers, quality engineers, support staff)
• Report performance to senior leadership with actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related
• 2–3 years in after-sales, customer service, or quality management, with at least 2–3 years in a strategic role
• Strong knowledge of quality frameworks (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
