Role Description The Senior Legal Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in WP Kuala Lumpur, responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to SavePro Digital Solutions Sdn Bhd. This position involves drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts related to the company’s technology solutions, partnerships, and commercial activities. Day-to-day tasks include offering legal advice to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and supporting negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners. The Senior Legal Executive will also oversee matters involving property law and conveyancing where applicable, collaborate with external legal counsel as needed, and help build internal legal policies and frameworks that support the company’s growth and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation and regulations.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and formal agreements.
• Experience providing clear, practical Legal Advice to internal stakeholders and supporting business decision-making.
• Knowledge of Property Law and hands-on experience with Conveyancing processes and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; professional legal qualification or bar admission is an advantage.
• Experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally within technology, digital services, or related industries.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and risk assessment capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple matters with tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is beneficial.
