Job Description

Requirements

  • Customer Service or E-Commerce experience is preferred.
  • Experience handling TikTok, Shopee, or online customers is an advantage.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Patient, responsible, and professional when handling customer complaints.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Interest in perfume / beauty products is an advantage.
  • Experienced candidates will be given priority.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant skills or e-commerce exposure are welcome to apply.
  • Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, TikTok, and Shopee.
  • Provide product information and perfume recommendations.
  • Manage customer orders, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order and customer-related issues.
  • Perform other customer service and e-commerce duties as assigned.
