Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise technology projects involving data integration, application connectivity and data management.

The successful candidate will coordinate business and technical teams, manage project dependencies, risks and delivery timelines, and drive projects through Agile delivery. The role requires good understanding of data integration concepts, enterprise applications and data quality, with the ability to communicate technical issues clearly to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation and production readiness.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery schedules.
• Monitor overall project progress and address potential delays or delivery issues.
• Manage project scope and ensure changes are properly assessed and controlled.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Manage large-scale and multi-vendor projects where required.
• Provide regular project updates and facilitate project governance and review meetings.

Data Integration & Application Projects

• Manage projects involving data integration, migration and transformation across enterprise systems.
• Coordinate technical activities involving APIs, middleware and ETL platforms.
• Work with teams supporting enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce or similar business platforms.
• Understand data flows and dependencies between source and target systems.
• Support data mapping, validation, reconciliation and data quality activities.
• Work with technical teams to resolve integration and data-related issues affecting project delivery.
• Support projects involving Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance where applicable.

Agile Delivery & Testing

• Drive project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Coordinate sprint planning, progress tracking and delivery dependencies.
• Manage evolving requirements while maintaining appropriate project scope control.
• Coordinate UAT, data validation and production readiness activities.
• Ensure business users and technical teams are aligned on acceptance criteria and delivery outcomes.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Work closely with business users, architects, developers, integration teams, data teams and vendors.
• Translate technical project issues into clear business impact for non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and escalate critical risks or issues appropriately.
• Facilitate workshops and project discussions to resolve dependencies and delivery challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Experience managing data integration, data migration or enterprise application projects.
• Good understanding of ETL, APIs, middleware and system integration concepts.
• Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM), data quality and data governance.
• Experience working with enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery.
• Experience managing project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and timelines.
• Experience coordinating UAT and implementation activities.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience with large-scale, multi-country or multi-vendor projects would be advantageous.
• Banking or financial services project experience would be an advantage.
• Previous application development or package implementation experience would be advantageous.
• Strong business English communication skills.
