Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service and create a premium shopping experience.

* Welcome customers and understand their needs and preferences.

* Provide professional product recommendations and styling assistance.

* Achieve individual and store sales targets.

* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

* Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new collections.

* Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and merchandise presentation.

* Ensure the sales floor and fitting areas are clean, organized and well presented.

* Support visual merchandising and promotional activities.

* Handle transactions and other daily store operations.

Requirements

* Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.

* Experience in fashion, premium or luxury retail is an advantage.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

* Confident in engaging customers and recommending products.

* Sales-driven and comfortable working towards targets.

* Good grooming and professional appearance.

* Willing to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
