About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Wangsa Melawati branch. You will assist customers, generate sales, and support the smooth daily operation of the showroom. We also have Sales Executive openings at our HQ in Kajang and Shah Alam branch. Candidates may indicate their preferred location when applying.

• Minimum Certificate/STPM/Diploma or equivalent.

• Knowledge of tiles and mosaic products is an added advantage but not required.

• Willing to travel when required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

• Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.

• Basic English communication skills.

Interview & Training

• Interview and training will be conducted at HQ Kajang. Candidates must be willing to travel to Kajang during the interview and training period.

Monthly Earning

• Total Monthly Earnings: RM2,600 – RM3,900

• Basic Salary: RM2,100 – RM2,600/month

• The advertised monthly pay range includes basic salary and sales commission. Sales commission is performance-based, and actual monthly earnings may vary according to individual sales achievement and the applicable company commission scheme.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

• Able to perform any ad hoc tasks when required.

• Follow company SOPs and maintain an organised working environment.

• Process customer orders and perform basic administrative tasks.

• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays and overall presentation.

• Handle customer enquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Generate sales by promoting products and suggesting suitable alternatives.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
