Full Time BIM Modeller – Civil - Structural (Revit) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in Hanodale Solution Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Description

We arelooking for a BIM Modeller – Civil & Structural to support our construction projects in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models, preparing technical drawings, and supporting BIM coordination across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Civil & Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Model structural elements including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, and other structural components.
• Prepare civil and structural plans, sections, details, and technical drawings.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design information.
• Coordinate Civil & Structural models with Architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Assist with clash detection and resolution during BIM coordination.
• Update BIM models and drawings based on design changes and project requirements.
• Prepare BIM documentation, schedules, and model deliverables.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and procedures.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve technical modelling issues.
• Maintain accurate model information and ensure timely submission of deliverables.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Relevant experience as a Civil/Structural BIM Modeller.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of structural and construction detailing.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Singapore project experience is preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Singapore.
• Preferred immediate joiner

Job Details
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to SGD 3,000 per month, depending on experience and technical capability.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
