Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Proficiency in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and ensuring smooth service flow.

Strong understanding of food and beverage management principles, including inventory control, cost management, and quality assurance.

Excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to assist customers and staff.

Commitment to upholding high standards of health, safety, and hygiene in the workplace, adhering to all relevant regulations.

Ability to manage inventory effectively, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure availability of supplies.

Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to service standards.

Manage inventory levels, including food and beverage stock, to minimize waste and ensure availability of all menu items.
