PROPER SMOOTHIES IS HIRING A SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST & SMOOTHIE MAKER 

PROPER is here so you can treat your body. After all, we ask a lot of it everyday.

We are Singapore's first functional smoothie and smoothie bowl brand, opening real soon right in the CBD. But, we don't just want to create a great drink, but a brand that gets people talking- and that's where you come in.

If you live and breathe creator-led content and love creating amazing experiences, then this bit-of-both job is for you!

We are looking for someone who can predominantly lead our social media, but because we know that the best content comes when you are there with our customers, the role also asks that you help us make the smoothies too. It’s how you can truly know the brand and bring it to life for people, but importantly how we can always get the most organic content - right when it happens. 

We’ll provide all the training to become a proper good Smoothie Maker - which, let’s be honest, is a pretty fun skill to have. The role would then involve one daily shift throughout Monday-Friday, with 50% of the time spent supporting the operation, and the other 50% making great content.

But because we want to make our social media pop, we’re not looking for long CVs. We’re looking for proof that you understand brands and can create scroll-stopping content. Less about scheduling pre-made content and more about actively building and bringing fame to a new-to-market brand that will engage thousands of people.

Based in Singapore, you’ll be all things content for the PROPER brand, which is backed by some of the most well-known operators in the country and is being started with a clear plan to scale fast. 

This is your opportunity to take ownership from the outset, grow with the role, and introduce people to a really amazing brand experience for the first time.

Some of the key responsibilities you'll have on the social media side:

• Content strategy, planning and posting
• Caption copywriting
• Campaign ideas and execution
• Trend-watching
• Native content creation & editing
• Performance reporting 

On the operations side, you will support the outlet manager:

• Making smoothies & smoothie bowls
• Preparing the outlet for operations
• Supporting stocktake and other ad-hoc duties
• Helping with daily tasks like cleaning and restocking

One other thing: You'll be reporting to the founders directly, each of whom have decades of experience across brand-building, marketing and F&B, so we hope you'd have a chance to learn as much from us as we will from you.
