Full Time Mandarin Procurement Executive (Normal Shifts) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in SolveIT Consultant WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• MUST be able to Speak, Write and Read in Mandarin
• Requirements: 1+ year of procurement experience, Diploma
• Open to Mandarin Speaker Malaysian

Sourcing & Supplier Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reputable suppliers and vendors, particularly in China and Mandarin-speaking regions.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners.

Negotiation & Purchasing:

• Negotiate optimal pricing, credit terms, lead times, and quality specifications with vendors.

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately according to company purchase requisitions.

Supply Chain & Inventory Coordination:

• Track and follow up on order status to ensure prompt delivery and resolve shipment delays or shipping discrepancies.

• Coordinate with internal warehouse, logistics, and quality assurance (QA) teams to verify incoming stock and resolve quality issues.

Cost Optimization & Market Analysis:

• Perform market research and comparative cost analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

• Assist in regular supplier performance evaluations (KPIs, lead time, defects, compliance).

Documentation & Compliance:

• Manage procurement documentation, including contracts, commercial invoices, packing lists, import/export permits, and customs clearance documents.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and update the inventory management/ERP system.
