Responsibilities
Job Summary
Lead project execution by developing objectives, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality and safety compliance on site to deliver successful building infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
Develop project objectives by reviewing proposals, plans, and consulting with management to align goals
Determine project specifications by analyzing product design, customer requirements, and performance standards
Manage, monitor, and interpret drawings provided by clients to ensure compliance
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors, and installation crews to facilitate project progress
Communicate regularly with clients and their representatives, providing updates on work progress through meetings
Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities, including workforce and subcontractor performance
Plan work schedules and organize tools and site facilities efficiently to meet project deadlines
Oversee quality control processes and enforce health and safety standards on site
Identify and resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other issues promptly to maintain project continuity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, or relevant field
Experience working in construction or building engineering field
Understanding of business-critical scenarios related to site management and safety
Organized and methodical approach to work
Analytical and problem-solving skills applied to site management challenges
Effective team collaboration and communication skills
Administrative planning and coordination skills

The company is actively participating in major building projects including grade A office building, data centre projects, schools and universities, transportation project such as MRT lines and transportation hubs.

In line with the rapid grown data centre infrastructures projects in Singapore, Microtac Systems Pte Ltd is working with our principle to bring in structure ceiling and containment systems to service the industry needs.
Beside the above, we also provide service for rubber and vinyl flooring, entrance floor map, under raised floor thermal insulation system.
