Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor Degree in F&B or Retail Management or Business Management or Hospitality or a related field
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Willing to relocate and be transferred
- Committed and responsible with a positive working attitude
- Able to follow instructions and company standards
Responsibilities
- Join a 6-month program that builds your station skills before you move on as a Management Trainee
- Start as Crew focusing on food and drink production and cleanliness and customer service
- Progress to Crew Trainer and learn company policies while engaging more with customers
- Move up to Crew Leader to manage zone production and coach crew members
- Work towards becoming a Restaurant General Manager within 30 months
