About the Role

We are looking for experienced Senior System Engineers with strong expertise in either Windows Infrastructure or Linux Infrastructure environments to join a high-performing Infrastructure & Operations team.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about maintaining resilient enterprise systems, ensuring operational excellence, supporting business-critical platforms, and driving infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure/system engineering experience.
• Experience in enterprise or financial services environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud technologies, and monitoring tools.
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable.

For Linux Engineers

• Strong experience supporting Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux, etc.).
• Experience with VMware and cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and Python scripting.
• Experience in backup, recovery, monitoring, and system performance tuning.

For Windows Engineers

• Strong experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Windows administration best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise Windows and/or Linux server environments.
• Perform system installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and operational resilience of infrastructure platforms.
• Support incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
• Monitor infrastructure health and proactively address performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and enhancement initiatives.
• Develop automation scripts and operational efficiencies where applicable.
• Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance requirements.
