Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or a related field.

Fresh graduates and candidates seeking internship opportunities are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.

Good communication, organisational and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Interested in e-commerce, digital marketing, online sales and campaign management.

Assist in managing client e-commerce accounts across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada.

Support product listing updates, product information checks and account maintenance.

Assist in coordinating sales campaigns, promotional activities and livestream operations.

Monitor basic account performance, including sales, product performance and campaign results.

Assist in preparing performance reports and compiling relevant data.

Coordinate with creative, operations and data teams to support campaign execution.

Assist in following up on client requests and campaign requirements with the account management team.

Conduct basic research on e-commerce trends, competitor activities and platform updates.

Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve product listings and campaign performance.

Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor.
