Job Description
Responsibilities
Interpret construction drawings and project specifications to determine quantities and costing requirements.
Prepare Bills of Quantities, quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns for project tenders.
Review tender invitations, contract documents, specifications and terms to identify project requirements and commercial obligations.
Obtain, review and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations to establish appropriate pricing.
Calculate unit rates, build-up rates and tender prices based on project requirements and cost information.
Coordinate tender preparation and submission activities for prospective projects, ensuring all required documents are completed within deadlines.
Assist with contract administration, including progress payment valuations, variation claims and commercial documentation.
Track tender schedules and contractual submissions to ensure timely completion.
Work independently and collaboratively with colleagues to meet project and business objectives.
Support other business activities of the holding company and participate in relevant company initiatives.
Undertake other related responsibilities assigned by management.
