Job Summary

You will provide technical operations and maintenance support for GovTech’s Optical CMS or equivalent platforms, ensuring website performance, security compliance, and system enhancements to deliver reliable and secure digital services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor website performance and perform defect fixing to maintain optimal functionality within agreed service levels
• Respond to user queries and perform preventive maintenance and optimisation activities to ensure system reliability
• Implement system enhancements including page templates, component updates, and feature improvements to improve user experience
• Collaborate with the platform team to support CMS upgrades, patches, and compatibility checks on GovTech’s Optical CMS
• Ensure compliance with Government ICT security policies, Digital Service Standards (DSS), IM8 requirements, data protection, and audit standards
• Assess feasibility and collaborate with stakeholders to implement UI/UX changes based on proposed designs for Optical CMS
• Work with the Project Manager to analyze, remediate, test, and close security vulnerabilities within required timelines
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-deployment verification activities
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and support reporting requirements for operational transparency
• Provide technical operations and maintenance support including troubleshooting, incident resolution, system monitoring, deployments/releases, and website enhancements on GovTech’s Optical CMS or equivalent platforms

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience using Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools such as SHIP-HATS
• Experience supporting websites within the Government environment
