The Role

Private Wealth Advisor at LAS Capital — an SC-regulated PE and private credit platform.

You bring the investors, we bring the deal flow

What you do:

• Introduce LAS Capital's private equity and private credit funds to HNW and sophisticated investors
• Build and close your own investor pipeline through your network
• Own the relationship from first meeting to onboarding and servicing
• Work directly with the investment team — no five layers between you and decisions

Who this is for:

• Private bankers / wealth RMs — you've managed HNW money. You know how investors think.
• Top insurance advisors (AIA, Prudential, Great Eastern — MDRT calibre) — you've closed high-value cases on trust alone.
• Premium property agents (luxury/prime segment) — you've advised HNW clients on million-ringgit decisions.

Non-negotiables:

• 3+ years client-facing (preferably with HNW individuals)
• Proven ability to originate, maintain, and grow a high-value client network
• Proven numbers (sales volume, premium or AUM closed)
• Comfortable with targets and commission-based rewards

Good to have:

• CMSRL licence (or willingness to obtain — we support this)
• CFP / CFA / CAIA / FPAM certification
• Existing investor network
