SPM or equivalent. A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an added advantage.

No experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Accurate data entry skills and good attention to detail.

Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain proper records.

Responsible, willing to learn, and able to meet deadlines.

Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage.

Enter daily clinic sales and accounting transactions into the system.

Enter and maintain invoice records, checking information for accuracy.

Prepare and compile daily and monthly clinic sales reports.

Organise and file accounting documents, including invoices, receipts, and payment records.

Follow up with clinic branches on missing documents or discrepancies.

Provide general administrative support to the accounts and operations teams.
