Full Time Technical Manager [CCP for Food Professionals - Associates] Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in TOPFLIGHT GROUP PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a Technical Manager to oversee the technical operations of our

automated food vending networks and smart cold-chain systems. This role leverages your

background in IT, IoT, and systems automation, with structured On-the-Job Training (OJT)

provided under the SWDA CCP to help you transition into Singapore's food supply chain

sector.

1. Automated Retail & Smart Cold-Chain Management

• Oversee the day-to-day technical operations and performance of the company's automated

food vending machine network, including hardware, IoT telemetry, connectivity and

payment systems.

• Monitor and analyse vending machine, IoT and cold-chain system data to identify equipment

abnormalities, temperature deviations, recurring technical issues and potential operational

disruptions.

• Coordinate troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and corrective actions to minimise

machine downtime and maintain cold-chain integrity.

• Analyse technical incident and system performance trends to identify recurring issues and

recommend preventive improvements to enhance machine uptime and operational

reliability.

• Monitor cold-chain performance and maintain appropriate records and traceability of

technical and cold-chain incidents and corrective actions.

2. Supply Chain, Inventory & Replenishment Management

• Analyse vending machine sales, inventory and product movement data to identify demand

patterns, stock-out risks and replenishment requirements across different locations.

• Integrate vending machine sales and inventory data to support stock allocation, inventory

planning and replenishment decisions.

• Plan and optimise replenishment requirements, restocking schedules and routes based on

sales performance, product movement and location-level demand.

• Monitor product performance, stock availability and replenishment trends to identify fastand slow-moving products and recommend adjustments to improve inventory utilisation

and minimise stock-outs and wastage.

• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to implement data-driven improvements to

stock allocation, replenishment and overall supply-chain efficiency.

3. Systems & Work Process Improvement

• Review automated retail, inventory, replenishment, cold-chain and technical workflows to

identify process gaps, inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks.

• Identify opportunities for system integration, automation and digitalisation to streamline

technical and operational processes.

• Develop and implement improvements to systems and workflows to enhance operational

efficiency, reliability, traceability and coordination across technical, logistics and operations

functions.

• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented improvements using relevant operational

performance indicators and recommend further enhancements where required.

4. Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure automated vending and cold-chain operations adhere to applicable local food

hygiene regulations, HACCP standards, product recall procedures and internal food safety

requirements.

• Review food safety, cold-chain and automated vending procedures to identify potential

compliance, traceability and operational gaps.

• Develop, review and enhance SOPs, escalation procedures and operational controls to

support consistent food safety and compliance practices.

• Maintain appropriate operational records and documentation to strengthen traceability and

support food safety incident management and product recall procedures.

• Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to address identified compliance gaps and

implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures.

Job Requirements

• Education & Tech Background: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer

Science, or related fields.

• Core Skills: Strong foundation in IT, IoT, hardware integration, or industrial

automation.

• Domain Learning (Under CCP): Willingness to acquire domain knowledge in SFA food

safety laws, cold-chain logistics, and automated retail operations.

• Work Eligibility: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for mid-career

transition under the CCP framework.
