About the role

An Account Executive role responsible for handling a full set of accounts and generating timely, relevant financial reports.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and generate timely, relevant financial reports
• Prepare monthly accounting reports, including cash flow statements and variance analysis
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all ledger balances are accurate
• Assist external auditors by providing schedules and supporting evidence during year-end audits
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions daily
• Monitor monthly collections and manage delinquent accounts
• Maintain accurate records of tenant payments, correspondence, and billing
• Maintain, control, and reconcile petty cash and accounts receivable
• Implement and maintain basic internal accounting controls to ensure accurate financial records
• Ensure all accounting documents are accurately validated, matched, and filed systematically to maintain audit-ready records at all times

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in full set accounts
• Fresh graduates in Accounting are welcome to apply
• Good communication skills and attention to detail

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
