Requirements

  • Computer literate.

  • Be able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Good communication & attitude.

  • Related & Profound Work Experience.

  • Able to work under stress.

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (9 hours)

Responsibilities

  • Building customer relationships.

  • Ability to reply promptly to customers’ inquiries through calls and other social media platforms.

  • Communicating with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Provide customers with information on return, and store/products policies.
