• To contact customers via Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (“CATI”) to conduct interviews or surveys on customer satisfaction with the services.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets in line with the requirements.
• Ensure all calls are conducted professionally, following the approved script and survey questions.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of customer data at all times.

Pay: RM10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
