Industry Consultation and Internal Coordination
- Organise stakeholder meetings, roundtables and regional consultation activities.
- Maintain structured records of stakeholder feedback, emerging issues and programme improvement opportunities.
- Support periodic standards reviews through consultation, user feedback and practical-operability validation.
- Work with CREATE on technical interpretation and standards matters, and AMPLIFY on intelligence, communications and events. Technical drafting and standards governance remain with CREATE.
Performance and Reporting
- Maintain accurate, current CRM records covering stakeholder ownership, engagement stage, next actions and outcomes.
- Report on programme adoption, institutional engagement, membership conversion and commercial contribution.
- Represent TAPA APAC at relevant industry conferences and regional stakeholder meetings.

- Strong prospecting, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Disciplined CRM, pipeline management, documentation and reporting practices.
- The ability to work independently, manage regional priorities and remain accountable for agreed KPIs.
