Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our retail team, supporting our Giordano Unisex and Giordano Ladies Wear brands.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, understanding customers’ needs, and providing suitable product recommendations to create a pleasant and memorable shopping experience. You will also support daily store operations, including stock replenishment, cashiering, visual merchandising, and maintaining the overall presentation and cleanliness of the store. The role requires you to be flexible and adaptable.
Job Description:
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable apparel and products.
Provide product knowledge and styling suggestions for Unisex and Ladies Wear.
Support sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling.Perform cashiering and payment transactions accurately.
Replenish stocks and maintain proper product displays.
Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store is well-presented.
Maintain cleanliness and a pleasant shopping environment.
Support daily store operations and other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
Be flexible to work across different outlets or atrium locations based on operational needs.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service objectives.
Job Requirement:
Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or ITE qualification
No prior experience required (training will be provided)
Willing to work on 3 rotating shifts
Able to work 5 days a week, including weekends and Public Holidays
Outgoing, well-groomed, and customer service-oriented
Working locations at Suntec City / Wisma-Atria / Raffles City
