Principal – Techno‑Functional Project Manager

Location: Singapore

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant / Principal-level Techno‑Functional Project Manager to lead and support the Application Migration program. This role will play a critical part in managing the delivery plan and driving program governance, while working closely with Group teams, local business and technology stakeholders, and vendor partners.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project leadership, deep stakeholder management expertise, and excellent presentation skills. Prior experience in Insurance and/or Distribution Transformation is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery plan for the Application Migration
• Own and maintain program governance, including:
• Delivery tracking
• Risk and issue management
• Dependency and milestone management
• Act as the key interface between:
• Group program teams
• Business stakeholders
• Technology teams
• External vendor partners
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and techno‑functional delivery outcomes
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations for senior stakeholders and steering committees
• Drive decision-making, escalation management, and resolution of delivery issues
• Ensure adherence to program standards, timelines, and quality expectations
• Support change management and readiness activities for Singapore market rollout

Required Skills & Experience

• Senior Consultant or Principal-level experience in techno‑functional project or program management
• Proven track record of managing large-scale system rollouts or transformation programs
• Strong experience in delivery planning, governance, and execution management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders
• Strong presentation and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively across business, technology, and vendor ecosystems
• Prior experience in Insurance and/or Distribution Transformation is highly preferred
• Experience working with regional or group-driven programs is a plus
