Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and potential partners.
Manage and supervise the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.
Promote restaurant services, catering packages, private dining, and special event offerings.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Coordinate with restaurant operations, marketing, and kitchen teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth event execution.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and customized packages to meet clients’ needs and business objectives.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Monitor competitors and market developments to identify opportunities for improving sales performance.
Train, motivate, and evaluate sales team members to enhance productivity and achieve business objectives.
