Full Time Creative Manager Jobs, in Colony Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a Creative Manager & Senior Designer to lead creative direction, brand development, and high-quality visual execution across digital and print platforms. The role will translate marketing strategies into impactful creative concepts, oversee end-to-end design projects, and ensure strong brand consistency across all touchpoints.

You will also mentor junior and mid-level designers, lead creative brainstorming, collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams, and present creative solutions to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong design expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional design experience

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and creative problem-solving

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual systems

• Bonus: After Effects, Figma, and AI design tools

• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends/travel when required
