Full Time Senior Finance Exec - Full Set Accounts Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in Eco Interiors International Selangor - Maukerja

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Finance Executive to support our finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and efficient financial processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and supporting audit queries and findings resolution.
• Support implementation and maintenance of internal controls to ensure financial data integrity, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in tax compliance activities, including preparation of documents and coordination with tax authorities and external advisors.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing data, schedules, and financial reports.
• Prepare regular financial reports and variance analysis to support management review and decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to support operational requirements.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax-related documentation in compliance with Malaysian tax regulations.
• Liaise with internal departments and external advisors on financial and tax matters.
• Assist in identifying financial risks and support mitigation actions.
• Support updates to financial policies and procedures in line with best practices and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, legal, procurement, etc.) to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting
• Knowledge of Malaysian tax and accounting standards is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
