Lead design, execution, and management of architectural projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution phases of architectural projects to meet client requirements and project goals
Manage project workflows and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
Interface professionally with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate clear communication and project alignment
Utilize ArchiCAD and Photoshop software to develop and refine architectural designs and presentations
Apply local architectural knowledge and experience to comply with Singapore regulations and standards
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 1 year of local architectural experience in Singapore
Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Photoshop software for architectural design and visualization
