JOB DESCRIPTION

• To performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems in order to provide the ultimate service for hotel guests
• To ensure that the building has adequate heating, lighting, and ventilation and that it is properly cleaned and in good working condition.
• Makes minor repairs and inspections of equipment. Does general repairs such as painting, patching walls, hanging electrical equipment and control circuit, shelves, and replaces faulty electrical switches.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Air Conditioning, or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably specializing in maintenance and repair of air-conditioning systems, building facilities, and electrical equipment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant working experience are preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in the hotel industry will be an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality with a positive working attitude.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
