Commission-Based Partnership

Wayne Corp is looking to partner with well-connected professionals who already work with private clients, family offices, investors, wealth advisers or property professionals.

If your clients are considering UK property opportunities, particularly in London and selected regional markets, Wayne Corp can provide the local sourcing, advisory and execution capability — while you participate commercially in completed business.

This is not a conventional salaried sales role. It is designed for experienced professionals who already have trusted relationships and would like to add UK property investment as an additional service and revenue stream for their network.

Wayne Corp can support clients across:

• UK property sourcing and acquisition opportunities
• Investment and property advisory
• Refurbishment and value enhancement
• Interior design and furnishing
• Ongoing property-related services

We are particularly interested in speaking with people who:

• already advise or have relationships with HNW and private clients;
• have access to family office, wealth management or property investment networks;
• understand cross-border investors and the expectations of international clients;
• are commercially minded and comfortable developing opportunities independently.

The aim is to build a long-term partnership based on quality introductions and completed transactions, rather than volume-driven lead generation.
