Responsibilities
Job Description
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for ACMV projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare and evaluate quotations, tenders, and cost comparisons.
Prepare and evaluate progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
Monitor project costs and assist with cost control.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.
Maintain proper records of contracts, quotations, claims, and project costs.
Assist with contract administration and other QS-related duties as required.
Job Specifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in ACMV, M&E, or construction projects.
Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Good knowledge of quantity measurement, costing, tendering, and contract administration.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in ACMV/HVAC projects is an advantage.
