Full Time Student Affairs - Services Assistant (Contract) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Dasein Academy Of Art Federal Territory - Maukerja

1. Routine Operations

• Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of facilities.
• Address inquiries from students and parents via various communication channels.
• Supervise cleaning staff and inspect their work regularly.
• Managing fines and penalties related to facility damages, as well as coordinating replacements and repairs.
• Review and update rental agreements as needed.

2. New Accommodation Unit Preparation and Check-in Management

• Prepare and affix all necessary labels and notices to ensure clear identification and communication (on tables, chairs, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, lockers etc).
• Inspect rental units for maintenance issues.
• Schedule cleaning services before student move-ins.
• Conduct final checks on units prior to occupancy.
• Facilitate student check-ins
• Provide briefings on unit terms and conditions.

3. Document Management

• Prepare and handle departmental documents, letters, forms, and schedules.
• Generate reports on accommodation maintenance and cleanliness.
• Organize resident files both physically and digitally.
• Produce staff and students’ access card, certificates etc.

4. Event Coordination

• Assist with student orientation and convocation.
• Support job advertisements and event logistics.

5. Miscellaneous Tasks

• Act as the primary point of contact in relevant of the accommodation matters.
• Handle emergency situations and respond to after-hours inquiries when necessary.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by the immediate superior as needed.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
