Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations

Prepare and cook authentic Vietnamese dishes to a high standard

Maintain consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control

Supervise and guide junior kitchen team members

Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed

Assist with stock management, ordering, and kitchen cost control

Support menu preparation and contribute new ideas to improve our dishes

Previous experience as a

Sous Chef

or experienced Chef

Strong knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and cooking techniques

Good leadership and communication skills

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Passionate about food, quality, and kitchen teamwork

Relevant food safety certification is an advantage

Candidates with experience in Vietnamese restaurants are highly preferred
