JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage recruitment, candidate screening and interview arrangements.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and overtime.
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO & EIS).
• Handle employee onboarding, confirmation and resignation processes.
• Monitor employee performance, disciplinary matters and HR-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labour laws.
• Prepare HR reports and support daily human resource operations.

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
