Responsibilities
Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate M&E works by liaising with main contractors, supervising compliance with contract drawings, and preparing detailed reports to ensure project schedules and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with main contractors to plan and monitor M&E work progress to meet project deadlines
Supervise M&E works to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications
Prepare detailed correspondence reports recommending corrective actions or value-added improvements based on best practices
Maintain accurate daily work records, including documenting additional work claims from clients and subcontracts
Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties to support project execution
Required competencies and certifications
Background in M&E works with a degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of work experience with knowledge in M&E systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Willingness to work 6 days per week and shifts during critical project phases
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
