Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson at Gaspack Energy. The Salesperson will identify and develop new business opportunities in the marine, offshore, and energy sectors, focusing on key projects such as FPSO, FLNG, FSRU, and LNG infrastructure. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting virtual and in-person client meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with shipyards, EPC contractors, OEMs, and project developers, while coordinating internally with engineering and operations teams to align solutions with client needs. The Salesperson will also monitor market trends, participate in remote industry events, and contribute to sales forecasts and strategic planning to support company growth.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with experience managing a full sales cycle in B2B or industrial markets.
• Knowledge of offshore energy, marine, LNG, or related engineering solutions, or the ability to rapidly learn technical product offerings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships across cultures.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and standard office software, with strong organizational and pipeline management abilities.
• Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote work environment, with strong time management and goal orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant sales or energy-sector experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience working with international clients, EPC contractors, shipyards, or OEM manufacturers is a strong advantage.
• Ability to travel occasionally for client visits, industry events, or project meetings, as business needs require.
