Job Summary:

The Lithography Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, qualifying and sustaining lithography and imaging processes used in advanced IC-substrate manufacturing. The role focuses on Dry Film Resist (DFR) lamination, Laser Direct Imaging (LDI), exposure/imaging, pattern development and related lithography processes to achieve high-quality fine-line and high-density circuit patterns.

The engineer works closely with R&D, TDI, NPI, Production, Quality, Equipment Engineering and Maintenance to transfer new technologies into manufacturing, establish robust process windows, improve process capability and yield, reduce lithography-related defects and support stable high-volume manufacturing (HVM).

The role requires strong hands-on process engineering, data analysis and problem-solving capability, with a focus on line/space capability, registration, dimensional accuracy, resist performance, pattern integrity, process stability and manufacturing productivity.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
