Job Summary

• Support daily clinic operations, patient reception, and basic clinical tasks under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-friendly clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, register them, and manage appointments.
• Answer calls, confirm appointments, and handle basic patient enquiries.
• Collect and update patient particulars, medical history, and billing information.
• Prepare examination rooms, clean and sterilize equipment and surfaces.
• Assist doctors with routine tasks, including taking vitals, ECG, nebulisation, and wound dressing when trained and authorized.
• Manage patient files, data entry, payments, and clinic supplies.
• Follow clinic policies, patient-confidentiality rules, and infection-control procedures.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM2,753.33 per month
