Operations Executive
Event Furniture Rental & Logistics | Events Partner Singapore

Behind every successful event is a well-coordinated operations team ensuring that furniture, manpower and deliveries are organised accurately and efficiently.
We are looking for a responsible, organised and proactive
Operations Executive
to support our daily logistics and event operations.
Your Role
As an Operations Executive, you will coordinate daily logistics activities, prepare operational documentation, monitor job progress and work closely with our warehouse, drivers and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely event execution.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
Coordinate daily delivery, collection and return arrangements.
Prepare delivery orders, permits and operational documentation.
Monitor job assignments and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Communicate operational updates to relevant teams.
Inventory & Asset Coordination
Maintain accurate inventory and operational records.
Track furniture returns, shortages and damages.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies.
Manpower & Fleet Support
Assist with daily manpower and vehicle coordination.
Maintain updated staff, vehicle and logistics records.
Support arrangements for operational manpower and resources.
Team Communication & Problem Solving
Work closely with operations managers, warehouse teams, drivers and part-timers.
Highlight operational issues promptly for resolution.
Support smooth coordination between office, warehouse and event sites.
Process Discipline & Improvement
Follow established operational procedures and safety standards.
Ensure documentation and assigned tasks are completed accurately.
Suggest improvements to daily workflow and operational efficiency.
Provide hands-on operational support when required.
You'll Fit This Role If You:
Are organised, detail-oriented and responsible.
Can multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Communicate clearly and work well with different teams.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through until completion.
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced events and logistics environment.
Are willing to learn and improve.
Experience in logistics, operations coordination, warehousing or events is an advantage, but not required.
Basic computer proficiency is required.
Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage, but not required.
