• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field.

• Experience in construction site supervision, particularly civil and structural works, is preferred.

• Mandarin speaker is mandatory for this position.

• Good knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings and site safety procedures.

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work on-site from Monday to Saturday.

Job Overview

• We are looking for a Site Engineer (Civil & Structure) to oversee daily construction activities, coordinate site operations and ensure projects are completed according to the required plans, specifications, timelines and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities at the project site, ensuring they are executed according to plans, specifications and timelines.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety compliance and adherence to construction standards.

• Manage and coordinate site resources, labour, materials, equipment and machinery to optimise efficiency and productivity.

• Resolve on-site issues promptly by identifying solutions and communicating effectively with all relevant parties, including general workers.
