Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the outlet according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
  • Promote products confidently, recommend suitable add-on products and provide friendly customer service.
  • Arrange and display products attractively, ensure price tags are accurate and replenish shelves regularly.
  • Operate the POS system and handle cash and QR payments accurately.
  • Perform daily cash counting and reconciliation when required.
  • Submit daily sales reports and updates through the designated WhatsApp group.
  • Report best-selling products and share relevant customer feedback and observations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
