Full Time Assembly Cleanroom Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in Elite Material (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. Kedah - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Assembly: Perform high-tolerance electromechanical assembly of gas flow controllers, including piezoceramic valves, actuators, sensors, and PCBA modules.
• Cleanroom Operations: Adhere strictly to ISO Class cleanroom protocols.
• Leak & Pressure Testing: Conduct Helium Leak Testing using mass spectrometers to verify high-purity gas paths meet tight semiconductor leak-rate specifications.
• Quality & Compliance: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely to maintain strict product repeatability and calibration accuracy (±0.5% of setpoint).
• Documentation: Document test results, assembly tracking sheets, and quality logs accurately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronic) or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, precision assembly, or ultra-high purity (UHP) gas delivery systems.
• Technical Skills:
• Proven experience working inside a strict cleanroom environment.
• Hands-on experience withHelium Leak Detectorsand pressure gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, including P&IDs and electronic schematics.
• Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices.

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong work ethics, disciplined approach to following safety and operational SOPs, and capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
