Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Interior Design Services
• Position Title: Business Development Executive
• Working Location: Bukit Merah (10-mins walk from Tiong Bahru MRT)
• Working Hours: 5-days (Mon – Fri: 9AM – 6PM)
• Salary Package: Basic + Commission + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for residential architecture, interior design, renovation, and design-and-build projects.
• Generate leads and build relationships with homeowners, property agents, developers, and industry partners.
• Meet clients to understand their project needs, budget, design preferences, and timeline.
• Conduct site visits and recommend suitable design or renovation solutions.
• Manage the sales process from enquiry and consultation to proposal, negotiation, and project award.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and contracts with internal teams.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and follow up on potential projects.
• Work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with design, quantity surveying, and project teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintain client communication and support project handover and progress updates.
• Conduct market research and represent the company at meetings, events, and networking activities.

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, interior design, renovation, or design-and-build.
• Residential project experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of residential design, materials, construction processes, and project requirements.
• Familiarity with BCA, URA, MCST, or relevant authority requirements is an advantage.
• Good sales, negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to understand drawings, quotations, project briefs, and technical information.
• AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, or related software knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with internal project teams.
• Willing to attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events when required.
